We started using Valley Toilets in early March 2016 with a recommendation from another local grower. At first I must admit, I was a little nervous having used a large, nationwide company for over twenty years. I gave Valley Toilets a ring in the first instance where Sarah and Matt had all the answers to all my questions with a very friendly, professional manor. As we are farmers & growers our toilets are mounted on small purpose built trailers and move around our fields to wherever our staff are working that moment, so every Monday afternoon Valley Toilets would email me to ask were each unit would be the following morning so (normally Matt) could service each unit Both my Directors and I are very happy to give a recommendation to anyone wanting to use Valley Toilets and look forward to using them again in the coming 2017 season.
I have just spoken to the lady who runs the team of staff down at Guide Road. She is a true Lancastrian woman and is not prone to bandying about compliments. However, she has just stunned me by saying how good your toilets are.
Efficient and super clean. we were very pleased with the service, delivery and collection for our small music festival in May and will defo be using Valley Toilets next year x
